Yes. BMW vehicles have had official Supercharger access since December 2025. You charge at any Supercharger marked “open to non-Tesla” using the Tesla app.
The 2027 i5 has a built-in NACS port, so no adapter is needed. Plug in, open the Tesla app, pick the stall, and start.
At the stall: the 2027 charge port is passenger-side rear. Expect about 180 kW at a V3 stall (the car is rated 205 kW; the 500 A cable and adapter cap it). Back in, end stall preferred. 205 kW rated, ~180-200 kW realistic on V3. 2026 xDrive40 needed the Q2 2026 software update.
How to charge: download the Tesla app, choose “Charge Your Non-Tesla”, add a payment card, pick the site and stall number, plug in, then tap Start. Older V2 Superchargers (grey on the map) only work with Teslas.
