Yes. Volvo vehicles have had official Supercharger access since October 2024. You charge at any Supercharger marked “open to non-Tesla” using the Tesla app.
The 2026 EX40 has a CCS1 port. At NACS stalls you need a NACS-to-CCS1 DC adapter: the Volvo NACS Fast Charging Adapter (32419487) ($230). $230 (CA$310) at retailers. Included standard with MY2025 EX90, EX40 and EC40. EX30 buyers must purchase. Adapter details. Magic Dock sites (green) need no adapter at all.
At the stall: the 2026 charge port is driver-side rear. Back in like a Tesla; the cable reaches from your own stall's post. Expect about 180 kW at a V3 stall (the car is rated 200 kW; the 500 A cable and adapter cap it). Backs in like a Tesla; 200 kW peak, roughly 180 kW realistic through a 500 A adapter at V3 voltage.
How to charge: download the Tesla app, choose “Charge Your Non-Tesla”, add a payment card, pick the site and stall number, plug in, then tap Start. Older V2 Superchargers (grey on the map) only work with Teslas.
